ARA secures £140,000 from alleged fuel smuggling
The Assets Recovery Agency (ARA) has been granted a Civil Recovery Order at the High Court in Belfast for the sum of £140,000. The Order was granted following an agreed settlement between the Agency and Patrick Belton, former resident of Concession Road, Crossmaglen, who is currently living at Inishkeen, Co. Monaghan.[ Monday 24 April 2006 ]
