Consumerline goes online at nidirect

The new Consumerline section on nidirect at http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/consumerline brings together advice and information on consumer rights when buying goods and services. It also provides a quick and easy way to make a complaint or get help with a specific enquiry, online.
